  • What are your shipping times?

    Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, certain shipping companies may be prioritizing the shipment of medical supplies. This may cause a delay in your shipment. We hope you understand as it is entirely out of our control. 

    Orders are processed in 1-3 business days from the order date.

    Standard U.S & Canada Shipping: 4-12 business days.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    We offer free shipping on all orders! Taxes may be applied at checkout depending on your location.

  • Returns & Refunds

    If you are unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason, simply return it in its original packaging and condition within 30 days for a full refund


    We do not cover the cost for return shipping. Once we receive your returned items, please allow 2-3 business days to process your return.

  • Damages and Defects

    We understand how frustrating damaged or defective items can be. Once we can confirm that the item is defective, We will immediately issue you a brand new item or full refund based on your preference. If the item needs to be returned, we will gladly cover the return cost.

  • Returns and Shipping Guidelines

    If you wish to return an item, you can contact us through the contact form and we will find the closest location to send your item(s) to. Once we receive your return, please allow us 2 business days to process your return.

    *In order to be able to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date*

    In order to ensure a faster return process, please make sure to provide a tracking number. We do not cover the cost of return shipping

  • How do I cancel my order?

    As long as you notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel the order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order and you will have to follow our returns guideline.

    You can receive a full refund once we process your return. We do not cover return shipping.
